Customers express satisfaction with the Family Hub 2.0 refrigerator's smart features, particularly the Family Hub, which they find visually appealing and functional. They also appreciate the design, music capabilities, and screen quality. However, some customers have concerns about the ice maker.
Love this refrigerator so far. It’s sleek appealing and received so many great compliments in my kitchen. I love the ability to view inside it, I can make a shopping list, leave notes, listen to music, watch tv and so much more. The option to turn one door compartment into a freezer is awesome! Bixby is awesome.. I have an iOS device so it’s compatibility worked well for me even though the fridge is a Samsung. Quiet ice flow, nice stream for filtered water. You will love this talking piece in your kitchen :)

The Samsung Family Hub refrigerator was exactly as advertised. The simple instructions to get started was "computer illiterate proof" just make sure you activate the internet button on it and you'll be sailing right along. I love listening to my music station and the ability to watch my programs while in the kitchen. There's even a screen that shows where to place your items on the inside of the compartments. The bottom right door aka the Flex area temperature can be changed based on what you have like wines, cheese veggies etc! I consider this refrigerator to be a cool kitchen toy for the adults and to me well worth "The Black Friday" price!

When we splurged on this expensive refrigerator, we assumed it would last us 10+ years. Unfortunately we started having problems within two years with our ice maker. It would often clog and start to freeze over. Eventually it stopped working completely. After dealing with customer service for 6 months, we finally got a repair person in to fix it. We tried to be understanding since we were in the middle of a pandemic and figured their normal customer service must be better. Wrong. 10 months later the ice maker has broken again and now continuously drips water (see picture). It's more of a slush machine than an ice maker. When we called customer service again, we got the usual run around but finally were connected with a manager after a week of calls. Turns out Samsung only only gave us a 90-day warranty on the repaired ice maker (our extended warranty expired two weeks ago of course). Previous to purchasing this Samsung we had a simple Whirlpool for over 10 years without incident. Based on this experience, I will never buy a Samsung product again. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Save yourself the money and go with different brand.
