We had an LG side by side which my wife hated because of the side by side setup. We did have a problem early with the water dispenser. I was skeptical buying a new appliance since the LG was working fine for 5 years but happy wife happy life I figured. Well I must admit this new Samsung is the very best appliance we ever bought! I thought the family hub was just a gimmick but we use it every day to write store lists that sync to our iPhones, listen to Pandora and leave each other notes for the day since we work different schedules. Love the water pitcher infuser and makes plenty of ice. great product!!!

We've had this fridge now for a couple weeks so I am tentatively giving it a 5 star rating. So far it's hitting all the marks. I was a bit apprehensive having read a few bad reviews of the software and app functionality for iPhone users, but I followed directions, added the right apps and registered the fridge and it works exactly like it is supposed to. I can access the calendar and see inside the fridge from my phone as well as send notes, memos and shopping lists from fridge to phone and phone to fridge. This thing is amazing and it looks incredible too!

When it was time for me to bring my kitchen up to the 21st century, one of my biggest concerns was the appliances. After doing a my research and visiting a Best Buy store to actually touch and look at the appliance I knew that I had found the refrigerator for me. Besides having the convenience of the internet at hand just in case you are following a recipe or just want to see your favorite show without running back and fourth.This appliance is carefully thought through. You can flip up the inside tray to make room for taller containers. Fruits, vegetables, cold cuts all have specially controlled temperature gauge. I am really enjoying my refrigerator..

My wife and kids love this refrigerator. But the ice makes it's a headaches,i won't recommend anybody to buy this refrigerator. Very expensive and wordless.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. Too many things to list that it does, here are a few, notifies you when your milk is 3 days from expiring, create a shipping list, sends to your phone , watch recipes, tv, listen to the radio. Connect your Ring devices, see who’s at the front door, etc.

Amazing fridge! We use all the features everyday. My kids love drawing on the tablet and it has been always been useful being at the store and logging into the Samsung Hub app to check if we need to restock on milk through the cameras inside.

It’s a well designed fridge with all stainless steel inside and better use of space. The pitcher option is something made us decide between this model vs other ones... always infused water ready to drink. One area Samsung needs to improve is the software and apps... getting them to work is next to impossible... plus half if the apps crash and reset... no wonder Apple is king in the apps world... but if you are looking for a well designed, functional fridge... this fits in right.

Very stylish, love the no finger prints but it wasn't that great. If U have an upgraded refrigerator then I would wait. I love the look but not enough room in the fruit and vegetable bins, small profile for water and ice dispenser small flaws like that got over looked because of the screen on the front. Not a deal-breaker but something to think about .
