I like no contract phones. So when I saw this unlocked product reasonably priced, I thought it matched good design, no contract, decent pricing, and good performance. However, when I received the phone, it had No Warranty in United States! How would Bestbuy sell a product without warranty in the place of sale and use? Should the seller Not indicate that this product is not warranted in USA? I returned the phone to Bestbuy they charged me a princely $35 fee for repackaging though I Did Not use the phone for a second. They said the package seal had been broken!

Upgraded from Samsung 5, love the bigger screen. Travel a lot, 2 sim card feature is very beneficial. Easy to use.

i'm only giving this a 2 star rating because I wasn't able to get insurance for the phone from Best Buy. I reached out to Samsung and was told this is a non-US phone and I would need to get insurance through a link she gave me for non-US phones. She recommended I return for a US Model. I love the phone and don't want to return it. I wish I would have been advised about this from Best Buy.
