I am very satisfied with this laptop. I am a Samsung fan and getting the first Samsung laptop is so exciting. I love the design and how light weight it is to carry around. This laptop is the lightest laptop I have ever had, it definitely weights less than an apple laptop, comparing this laptop to my husbands MacBook Air this is much lighter. The battery holds up really well under regular usage. I do a lot of web browsing/ office tasks and this laptop makes its so easy to navigate and move from one browser to the next. Overall performance is good but it’s not super fast like the MacBook. One of my favorite futures of the laptop is Intel Evo Platform, definitely the performance of the laptop with intel Evo makes a huge difference. Another future is the big touchpad, it is amazing, the size helps to move around and navigate so fast. I am so happy with this laptop and would definitely recommend it. I do have a suggestion to please send a catalog with the laptop because when I received the laptop it said error and I had to search what to do to set the laptop up and personalize it for my personal usage. I also recommend if possible to do something to prevent fingerprint because since it’s black and so smooth my fingerprints do show.

I'll start off by saying this was very surprising. I purchased multiple high end laptops to make a final decision by the time I had to return them and this Galaxy Book2 Pro was the one that I kept. PROS: The battery life is above average for multiple work processes workloads The brightness is amazing and is even suitable to use in the shade outside and feel no lack. Surprisingly doesn't get inanely hot, considering how extremely thin this laptop is, my main concern was the laptop overheating when under pressure. Like any laptop it does get warm to hot but never extreme which I couldn't say for the other laptops I tested CONS: The glare is really annoying sometimes, the screen is bright like I mentioned but the glare forces me to change my setting sometimes If you don't get a skin or case, expect fingerprints to literally liter the outside and inside of the laptop The volume could be louder, it's mediocre in how loud it is, the quality isn't bad though, not at all, just wish it was louder sometimes The camera is not amazing, I would get an external webcam for almost any machine anyway
