This is one of the best Samsung phone that I have owned to date; however there are room for improvements on this model as given below. Pros: Very light Takes magnificent photos (even items, birds or persons taken at a far distance do not appear pixelated; as I experienced with previous models) Takes great videos (4K quality) Quick charging Easy to use with only one hand Fair amount of default memory 128 GB (can be extended by up to 1 TB with a micro SD card, depending on model purchased) and has 12 GB onboard RAM Cons: The main 5G selling point, does not give any additional or faster network advantages as advertised Too expensive (although the price has dropped by about $150 since the release date if you shop around) Limited colors to choose from Audio quality is not as great as I had expected (sees no improvements over the S10) bass it tolerable at best The “installed stereo speakers” do not always play sound from music, videos or audiobooks in a balanced manner; ( with my connected headset one side (left or right) tend to be louder than the other, somewhat muffled). Bixby can at times be frustrating (popping up when you are attempting to use Google or other apps Switching from taking still photos to videos can be frustrating Battery life is not as long as advertised (even from just travelling around town and occasional use of Google map) No 3.5 mm headphone jack

Purchased this phone for my husband. It was an upgrade from Samsung galaxy S7 edge. Neither of us are wowed by it but he likes it. The battery life lasts all day with frequent use (constant use GPS, text, phones calls, and playing games). The camera takes nice pictures and the screen resolution is an improvement but again overall not impressed.

This is my 5th Samsung and it is a great improvement over the S9. The phone itself is almost exactly the same size, the HDR10+ Infinity-O Display is vastly improved over previous models, and most other variations of the newest phone are great. The speed is terrific, and the fact that this is a 128gb phone with the capacity for a microSD card makes the storage capacity beyond reproach. Two small downsides. First, no earbud jack. I know I know, who needs that. But sometimes I do and it would be nice to have it and still be able to charge my phone without another adapter. Second, I don't like the fingerprint reader in the middle of the screen. The one on the back of the camera was more reliable. However, the face recognition on this phone is vastly improved so I normally just swipe to unlock.

Customers frequently mention the Galaxy S20 5G's excellent camera quality and long battery life as significant advantages. Many also appreciate its ease of use and comfortable size. While some find the price high, the lack of a headphone jack is another recurring negative comment.
