Customers are satisfied with the Galaxy S21 5G 128GB's camera quality and battery life, with many praising the excellent picture and video capabilities and long-lasting power. The screen size is also generally well-received, although some prefer a more compact device. However, the lack of a headphone jack and the high initial price point are common criticisms.

Coming to this from a longtime Apple user, this is generally quite the upgrade. The screen is simply unparalleled. Super saturated colors and very bright. Snapdragon 888 handles anything that I throw at it and the high refresh rate runs everything smoothly. Overall, it's a good complete package that is extremely enjoyable. Gorilla Glass Victus is surprisingly capable, I've generally kept my phone scratch-free throughout its life with no screen protector. The camera is the best I've ever used on a phone. That said, there are some annoying antifeatures that prevent this from going to a 5 star. It's not particularly friendly for people transitioning to this from Apple (or for anyone who doesn't own a USB-C power brick), as it only comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable. I can't uninstall certain preloaded apps. There's no microSD or headphone jack.

Compared to older versions you are getting less for about the same price. S7, S8, S9, S10, S20 series all had MFT, SD Card slots, 2k display, heart rate monitor, some had iris scanner, 3.5mm audio jack, advance download (used wifi and mobile data to accelerate download), more flexibility with the Hotspot settings, among other things. Samsung has kind of gone backwards removing all these features and only focusing I guess on camera. If you don't need 5G stay with your older Galaxy S phone for now and wait it out. In my opinion losing 3.5mm audio jack, SD card slot, and MFT for 5G and 120Hz display is not worth it.

The S21 5g is great if you don't want a huge phone. It is just as fast as the ultra but the size is easier to use one handed. Camera is great and I haven't had any problems with phone. For how I use the phone the battery last easily 2 days.
