Worst phone I've ever owned! This phone is cheap and has lousy battery life. Plastic with only 5G or switches to LTE+ only! If you have wifi enabled when you're in the car you will not be able to connect to anything using mobile because the wifi takes priority evidently! You have to manually disable wifi to connect to mobile! I hate this phone with a passion and plan on taking it to the range! Verizon or Samsung needs to fix this major flaw immediately!
I wasn't exactly sure which type of phone to purchase when I first walked into Best Buy. I was deciding between the Google Pixel 5 and Samsung Galaxy S21. However, after talking more to the best buy associate, Taylor, I came to realize that the Galaxy S21 Ultra was tailored more for my needs. Thanks to Taylor, I realized that the Ultra existed and was capable of producing such high resolution photos, along with special features such as the director's view. That was enough to sale it for me. Although I was a little worried about how large the phone would be compared to my prior one, I do not regret the decision. Overall, I love the phone's capabilities and I'm so impressed by how well the photos turned out on my recent hike! I am so fortunate to have been helped out by Taylor in my phone selection process. Taylor was easy to talk to and provided exceptional customer service by going out of her way to answer all of my questions, as well as offer honest advice in my purchasing decision.

A Professional Camera With a Phone attached
I have used IPhones ever since there has been a OPhone
Thay was until the Samsung Ultra woth its cameras blew away IPhone beyond explanation.
Yhe forst photos I took were wiyh the zoom at 60X, they were of a full moon, I Would have zoomed in more but at 60 the moon filled the frame I could see every creator in detail when I went past I went past 60X all all I could get at a 100 X was X was part of the moon and it was so clear you couldn't tell it was a digital zoom. The features in the zoom on these lenses has enabled me to produce content for YouTubeAt a professional level I will say the only shortcoming is they don't have an SD card so I need to off load my high definition I hide definition 8K not 4KI definition 8K it's indescribable
Very bad,It not worth has amount.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Review: The Most Maxed Out Phone for the MoneyThe iPhone 12 Pro Max might have slightly faster performance, but the S21 Ultra has got the bag, the toolbox, and big 'ole 10x zoom lens.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra review: 2021's true S Series phone, and the best yetThere may be three new Galaxy S Series phones this year, but only one really fulfills the criteria we expect from the range, and that's the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra review: All of Android for somewhat lessThe Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is less expensive than the S20 Ultra, and it's still Samsung's best and most full-featured phone to date. It is very big, though.
A:AnswerHaving the same issue and I bought it unlocked from best buy?! My cricket sim would not even show up in the phone or a tmobile one. Or a brand new sim from cricket. The phone isn't on crickets list either because it's not 5G compatible allegedly. So I'm trying to figure this out. Exchanged the phone to see if it was a faulty phone. Literally so frustrating. What carrier can I switch to?
