Q: Questiondoes the s21 ultra have micro sd slot?
Asked by adventurer.
- A:Answer Unfortunately not. I just watched a youtuber do a first look and his biggest grievance was that there was no support for an SD card. This has not been confirmed by samsung as it was an engineering model however the models youtubers receive are normally very close to final product.

Q: QuestionWhich phone is the better purchase the galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 128 or the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G 128? Please advise on the better buy. Thanks Scott.
Asked by SWynn.
- A:Answer The S21 Ultra is by far the better buy. I've already made the mistake of buying the Note 20 Ultra first (which I'm now exchanging for an S21 U) lol. In the good old days, the Note series of phones would always have all of the new features that would be included in the upcoming S-series phone. But with this generation, Samsung has finally switched it around - so the Note phones are an old mess and then the S phones get all of the brand new, perfect features just a few months later. So go with the S21! Better everything (and even supports the stylus if that's why you like the Note).

Q: QuestionHow do you charge this? Only came with cord no wall plug(usb) this doesn't make sense
Asked by Crystal.
- A:Answer The cord that comes with the phone only allows you to charge the phone from a USB port, such as on a computer or other USB charging device. You can purchase a small cube-shaped wall-plug connector that allows you to connect to any normal wall electrical outlet if you prefer (for about nine dollars). That is what I did. Those wall-plug connectors used to be part of the cord or at least come with the cord. The store claims that item is no longer included "to reduce landfill waste." However, if you (like me and I assume most people) buy the connector separately--in its separate and sizable packaging--you will of course add far more waste to the landfills than if the item had been included by itself with the phone and no extra packaging. The omission of the wall plug connector seems a transparent way of forcing customers to pay extra for something that should be included with your phone purchase, and it adds to the problem of plastic pollution rather than reducing it as claimed. Moreover, I am sure that item can be purchased for a fraction of the store's selling price if you search for it online or visit most big-box discount chain stores. I didn't do so because I was in a hurry, but if it is all you need, you should definitely go online and compare prices. I believe in showing loyalty to retailers, but not when it comes to deceptive practices such as this.

Q: QuestionWill this "Unlocked" phone work with T Mobile?
Asked by Gerry.
- A:Answer Yes. T-Mobile sells the same phone. You can check by entering the IMEI number of the phone into the t-mobile web side IMEI checker. It tells you if the phone is compatible with all services, and if the phone is on a ban list.
