Camera and "OK Google" are best features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Prior phone was HTC One. Loved the stereo speakers. Found audio to be limited on the S6. The mic is on bottom edge so you have to be careful how you hold the phone if you want to be heard clearly. Camera and camera features are GREAT. Apps are plentiful. I don't like the button configurations - HTC one was much more intuitive. Screen locking/unlocking is aggravating. HTC One was better. Wireless charger accessory is great - keeps you from wearing out the usb port connection. Battery life is good in standard mode and there are options/apps to extend the day's charge. It's a phone.

Samsung finally upgraded
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the Galaxy series of phones since my iPhone 4 (S3, S4, S5). I've always liked the idea of a removable back cover so I could expand my storage space and swap out batteries, so this was a big change for me when I moved to the S6. Overall the phone is lightening fast with half as much lag as the S5, which should also be credited to the OS (Lollipop). The camera is amazing - pictures are crystal clear with little to no blur and actually gives the iPhone 6 a run for its money. The glass back has a nice feel but I do hope the next galaxy will move towards aluminum or better. The main reason for my 4/5 stars is the battery life. I use this phone less than I used my S5 and it drains ridiculously quick. I've uninstalled or disabled as many useless apps as possible, and remove running apps but still don't get anywhere near the battery life I got with the S5. The wireless charging is a cool feature but wired charging was never really a problem so I wouldn't recommend spending money on a wireless charging pad (I got mine for free when I pre-ordered through Best Buy). The fingerprint sensor has been spot on for a week now so glad I can finally put that to use. Overall I am happy with my purchase and the direction Samsung is going.

Fast. Great photo & video quality!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone is hands down awesome! The first thing I have to point out is that it is blazing fast! Virtually no lag whatsoever. Secondly, the screen resolution is in a class all it's own. Images are absolutely beautiful. Colors are rich and true. Definition is ultra clear. Lines are crisp and clean. Third, the camera is the main reason I purchased this phone. This thing takes great pictures and awesome videos. It snaps pictures fast-no waiting for focusing. Pictures taken indoors and in low light come out much better than any previous smart phone I've ever owned. Videos are steady and the definition and clarity are better than any other smartphone in the market right now. The only thing I have to recommend is if you're big on taking pictures and lots of videos make sure you get at least the 64GB model. I made the mistake of getting the 32GB model which fills up fairly quick. The reason behind this is that pictures and videos take up more data because they're at a much higher resolution than previous phone models, so if your an avid photographer/videographer, make sure to take this fact into account. Overall, the SGS6 is the bomb! I really don't have any complaints about it from a quality/performance standpoint.

The best Android phone, period
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from a Galaxy S4 that was still in great shape and good functioning condition for the new model. Wow, where to start: firstly this phone is gorgeous. The photos you've seen on TV and online really don't do it justice. I've found myself more than one just looking at how well-put-together this thing is. Second: the camera is absolutely phenomenal! Both the front and rear cams process images so well and so quickly that it's hard not to get a good shot. And optical image stabilization is probably the most obvious addition as you no longer have to widget about holding your breath to take certain pics. (For example, taking a picture of a check for online deposit.) The last thing I'll mention is the speed. My S4 got an update to Lollipop two days before I got the S6 and while it performed much better than KitKat and was a pleasure to see working so well on a two-year-old device, it is BLISTERINGLY FAST on the S6's octa-core chip. If you aren't sold yet, just go hold one in store and you'll be ready to whip out your wallet to own one.

Q: Questionis there a version with 64gb of memoryis there a 64gb memory galaxy s 6 phone and is it worth the extra cost
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes there is. And it all depends how much you need your phone ... For example like if you work and rely on your phone to be like your own personal mini filing cabinet then you may want to think about going for the 64 but 32 is an extremely lot of gb and works perfect as my filing cabinet, my archives of photos (thousands and thousands), my scedule , my banking all done through my phone .... I could go on and on movie channels streaming to the tv. Etc. So yeah I think it's pretty good

Q: Questionshould i keep my galaxy s5 or trade it in for a new galaxy s6I have the galaxy s 5 and I really love my phone and I just got it in January should I trade it in fir a new galaxy s6 or what do you think
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer NO! NO! NO! I HAD to get a new phone after breaking my S3 and I am on my 2nd S6 and have so many problems with it. It won't hold a charge for a full day, always running out of battery by about 3pm and I am not a heavy user. It will not stay synced via Bluetooth with my car. Every time I shut down the car and then get back in I have to re-pair the phone to the car. So annoying! It alerts me to text messages when it feels like it. I can have my phone sitting there and will be waiting to get a text and then after I know I should have received it I'll check and sure enough it just didn't make any sound even though I have my volume all the way up. The only good thing I can say about this phone is the camera is awesome! Other than that, get the note. Too many glitches with the S6.
