love it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a galaxy 5 which is why I couldn't wait to get a 6. I really loved my 5 and this is even better. However, the major issue that I have is that you cannot delete or disable some apps so the battery does not die is quick. that is the only major thing that I don't like. Love so much that my daughter had an iPhone 5 and I talked her into trying a Galaxy and first she didn't like it and now she loves it way more than she liked her iPhone 5. my next phone will definitely be a galaxy.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from the 5 to the 6. I love the camera on the the 6 so much more than the 5. Only thing that I would change is to put some kind of texture on the back of the phone. SLIPPERY

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had minimal issues. Sometimes screen goes black and it will totally lock up on me. I have only had this phone since October 26, 2015.

Good phone, but returned mine.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought my sister and I this phone. She is less interested in customization than I and this was a great upgrade for her from a Galaxy S3. She loves the camera and the speed of the phone (her S3 was very slow and would freeze if she received a lot of group texts). For myself, I returned it within the 72 hours to avoid an activation charge (Sprint). I was upgrading from a Galaxy S4 where I added a 32 GB microSD card (nice to have the option) and an extended battery (since I work in sound booths with reduced cell signals). You cannot do either of this with the S6; this is a big complaint of loyal Samsung Galaxy users with the Note 5 and S6. I ended up finding a Galaxy S5 for my new device. It's still an upgrade from my S4 in terms of performance and features in addition to a memory card slot and replaceable battery. So now I have 32 GB internal storage, double the mAH battery with my S5 (charge every 2 days). Long story short, if you do not mind having to recharge the battery 1-2 times per day and use a lot of cloud storage, this is a great phone. If you like to customize and expand like I do, opt for a different phone or wait to see if Samsung reverts back to SD card slots and removable batteries.

the android phone I've been waiting for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the last android phone I owned was a Nexus 5. after owning a Nexus device, I wanted a clean android experience with a little bit of added extras that Nexus devices dont typically provide. Samsung did a great job with TouchWiz on the galaxy s6. It is alot cleaner than past devices. I actually really like it. I didnt like the color schemes of android lollipop too much. Although the colors on this version of touchwiz are similar, they arent popping in your face. Unless you use google's apps. It took Samsung a long while to listen to customers and critics, but they finally got it right. I have yet to notice any lag or hiccups, apps run very good. The camera on this phone is a beast. 4k Video at your finger tips. Battery life was pretty bad the first 2 - 3 days. I get about 10 hours worth of use now in a day, good enough for me. The fast charge juices the phone quick enough if you draw the battery dangerously low. I honestly never carried a spare battery with any phone that could swap batteries. I dont miss the memory card slot, i have plenty of cloud storage. Kudos to Samsung for making such a great phone. The competition has to catch up now. Pros- Awesome Camera Super Amoled Screen QHD!!! Slim, light, elegant design TouchWiz is much improved Android 5.0 ! Fingerprint scanner now works flawlessly Cons: ? Battery ? in the long run. I will hate the day comes when this phone no longer holds a charge. Other than that, i really have no complaints about this phone. Lets hope Samsung pushes Android updates quicker with this version of touchwiz!

Q: QuestionIs it true that you cannot swap batteries and SD cards? If not, then I will never upgrade to this phone. WHY would Samsung stoop to following Apple down this road? This is the main reason I'll NEVER have an Apple product. I've had several Samsung's, but will not buy another unless it has an SD card slot and swappable battery.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer You are correct. Samsung has made a huge mistake with the design of the Galaxy S6. Both the removable battery and micro SD slot have been removed from the S6 design. I would NOT recommend the purchase of the S6. If you are willing to wait, Samsung is receiving a huge backlash from the customer community and will most likely put these features back into the design of the S7. I own a Note 4 and no way am I going to upgrade if the Note 5 follows the nasty path that the S6 did. I sure hope not!

Q: QuestionAlready a Sprint customerI have a Samsung phone and want to get the Samsung 6 how does that work? Do I have to make monthly payments on the phone. How is service transferred from one phone to the next keeping the same phone number?
Asked by Ms Kitty.
- A:Answer It's exactly the same as walking into a Sprint store and upgrading your phone. Best Buy works with them, so it acts the same. They activate the new phone after looking up your Sprint account and transfer it to your phone number. You have the same options you would at a Sprint store: buy, upgrade or lease the phone. If you want to make monthly payments you sure can, but Best Buy offers some killer deals this month on phones for new contracts or renewals. I just got an S6 for $1 out the door (bought, not leased) for my 2-year upgrade with Sprint (I was also an existing customer). For transferring data, Samsung Smart Switch from the Play Store is your friend. Download it to your old phone and the folks at Best Buy will start it on your new phone. you click through and select what you want to transfer (photos, videos, ringtones, music, etc) and it takes care of the rest. It even preserved my WiFi settings and password.

Q: Questionis this phone really $1.00 what is the catch? Is there a contract? If so how much does it cost and how long is the contract? Is data free and so I get free minutes talk and text?
Asked by dottiemae.
This question was asked about the related product: Samsung - Galaxy S6 with 32GB Memory Cell Phone (Sprint)
- A:Answer Hi! I am actually a Best Buy mobile employee. It is a TWO YEAR contract that you sign. If you talk to your mobile associate they can go over plans that will have unlimited talk and text with a certain allotment of data. However many carriers have stopped offering new two year contracts in favor what is called "Installment billing" where you pay sales tax on the device and make monthly payments on the full price of the device. However, don't let this scare you, it operates just like a 2yr contract and more than likely save you money. Hope this helps! Sam, employee ID a1041068 Best Buy Store #1539 Port Charlotte, Florida.

Q: QuestionTalk quality of S6I have an S5. The talk quality is so poor, no one can understand me. Has Samsung fixed this known issue in the S6?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Both myself and my wife have the S5 through Sprint and have no issue with call quality. My daughter's S6 seems to be working great. No issues that we can find.

Q: QuestionDoes S6 phone have a removable battery?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes and no .. The battery can't be removed like the older gs models but if you really want to you can remove the battery by removing the home board and such...I wouldn't recommend it because it voids the manufacturer warranty and any insurance you buy through your wireless carrier.
