Phenomenal Photos
|Posted .No big complaints so far. Runs very smoothly. Only con I've found is the battery life (3500 mAh) isn't as great as I was expecting. My Samsung s7 Edge (3600 mAh) seemed to last significantly longer when I first bought it. The biggest upside- the photos are spectacular. I am a reseller and my photos are my lifeline to my business. This camera produced incredibly detailed photos, accurate color representations, etc- see attached photos as an example. The blurred background effect for selfies is pretty nice too ;) Despite the battery life, the upgrade has been pretty worth it.

Fast, Photo's, and Resolution
|Posted .This phone is amazingly fast, it takes amazing photo's and the resolution of the screen is awesome. Yes, the phone works well, hot spots out well, connects to the PC to transfer pictures with no issues. Best phone I have ever owned.

|Posted .Upgraded from the s6. This phone is all it’s is advertised to be and more. Excellent battery life, audio quality great, and what a camera! Everyone I show it to is jealous of the photos, the super slo mo, and the video. Best smart phone I have owned.

S9+ lilac 64gb with activation problems

Quality3 out of 5Value3 out of 5Ease of Use3 out of 5I upgraded from s7 on Verizon network to this. I received my s9+ 3-4 days early. Had to charge it, came with no charge. First day it updated system 5+ times the next day it updated system an additional 5+ times. It works great. I've been using it for not even a week tho. So far other than all the updates it had to do which is understandable my MAIN problem is I can't get it to show its activated so there are some features/apps/etc I can't use. System wizard says phone not activated. I called Verizon first rep couldn't help but I couldn't wait online for tech support. I can only hope they can get it worked out. The curved edge takes some getting use too sometimes the keys on the edge don't want to tap and the arrow back and home key seems to not work occasionally. I wish I had an actual button on the home "button" though. Won't be good if screen cracks.

Really like it except...
Posted .Picked up 2 Samsung S9 Plus phones for wife and myself. Got $300 off each phone with current deal. Really like them so far except that the USB-c adapter that it came with is totally useless. It has male usb-c to fit the phone on one end, but the other end is a regular usb female connection. It would be OK if it was a female micro usb so it could be used with my old power cords from the S5s I replaced.

- A:Answer No one is forcing you to take the care plan, you can the phone without any care plans. Samsung gives you the option for their care plan or non care plan. As there are 3 selections from their website. Now Verizon has its own care plan and Best Buy has its own as well. Just don't select them if you don't want it.

- A:Answer In Store Only Galaxy S9 you get $50 off, over 24 month period, unless you ordered it the first day off of the offer. If you preordered on the first day you will get $100 over a w4 month period. Now, if you pre-order in store you get, over a 24 month period, $50 off on Galaxy S9 and $100 off Galaxy S9+. If you are doing it with a Verizon Plan you will also get an additional $350 off if you Trade In a Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+. Lesser phones will get you less money. Check out the Trade In price on Best Buy eligibility list online. Verizon Customers I suggest you Pre-order in store and opt to have the new Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9+ shipped to you or an address you feel safe having it delivered. Absolutely no reason to wait on line at store on release day when you can have it shipped to you and will arrive on the release date. In the box it was shipped will be a prepaid return label. You place your Trade In in the box and it will go directly back to Verizon. If the phone is in good condition (not cracked or water damaged) you can get up to $450 back which means you are getting $350 from Verizon (done over 24 months) plus Verizon will add another $50-$100 (over 24 months) if you pre-ordered at Best Buy.

- A:Answer We're long time Verizon customers and bought two to upgrade our old phones. The 1st one activated fine, with our current phone number, no problem. The 2nd one wanted us to create a new phone number. We had to call, and they activated it with our other current phone number, no problem. Hope this helps.

- A:Answer As far as I am aware, the phone should be able to be used on Straight Talk, however, I would contact Straight Talk themselves to be sure, because I know in the past there have been issues with their SIM cards not being compatible with new phones right off the bat. The other option, which would lead to more flexibility for you would be to purchase the completely unlocked version of the phone.
