Galazy Tab S6 Lite is perfect for me!
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I love my new Galazy Tab S6 Lite!! My previous tablet was a 7" Asus, and I simply wore it out after about 6 years of constant use. I'm finding this new one better because in that 6 years my eyes have worsened and the print on this one is so crisp and clear (and bigger, too without adding pages.) I am able to use it with my bluetooth keypad so I can respond to emails, etc without using the little keyboard -- I'm a much faster typer than "texter". I like the weight -- not too heavy to carry and fits perfect on my pillow tablet stand.

Now everything I did on my phone, I can do on my tablet with the exception of making calls and texting. Can't quite seem to figure out how to connect my phone to it.

Phenomenal Budget Tablet
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I'm enjoying the Samsung galaxy tab 6 lite and the chiffon rose color is beautiful. I truly wish it had more RAM, but its an awesome budget tablet and I'm enjoying usage. I would highly recommend this tablet for entertainment usage, such as Netflix and Hulu, along with other social media platforms. I chose four stars because there's slight lag with my 4gb of RAM periodically, but it's a great tablet otherwise.

||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I bought this tablet as the newer version of this tablet came out, so I got a solid deal on it. For my needs (homeschooling our kids, surfing the internet and the occasional game) it functions perfectly. Tablet operates quickly, touchscreen is quite responsive and the memory is sufficient. There is a micro SD slot and we purchased one. Storage to the micro SD card is easy and fast. The stylus is about the same diameter as a #2 pencil. It is easy to use and is magnetic. It will stick (slightly) to the screen but it sticks to the rear of the tablet like glue. We purchased a case for our tablet and it comes with a slot on the back for the stylus. The operating system is typical Samsung/Android. If you have an older Samsung tablet or phone, it is very similar. Tablet is powered via a USB-C slot. Tablet comes with a cable and USB-A wall adapter. I recommend purchasing a USB-C wall adapter if you want faster charging. The USB-A wall adapter is good for what we do, but a USB-C wall adapter might be better for those looking for faster charging. The only downside, to me at least, is the way you power off the tablet. On older Samsungs you held the power button then hit the "power off" screen button. With this tablet, you have to hold power AND both volume buttons at the same time. This prevents you from accidentally powering down the tablet but can be a minor pain.

||Posted .Owned for 3 months when reviewed.I brought this tablet a week before Christmas and I have been having problems with it turning off by itself and it won’t turn back on at times. At this moment I have had a black screen for almost two weeks now. I have no idea how to get in contact with anyone to fix it. Almost 500 dollars for a tablet that has been acting up for months.

Q: QuestionI'm looking for an art tablet, I was considering and iPad, but saw this and figured I would research it, would this be a good tablet for digital art? I want something nice and durable for a good price.

- A:Answer I've done a lot of research on the topic and the big debate is Ipad 7th gen vs the S6 Lite. TLDR: Yes, it's a good value, and is cheaper/the same price as some tablets that require a desktop computer. For price consideration the Ipad 7th Gen does not come with the Apple Pencil and you have to tack on the cost of it. (making it at least 400$) The S6 lite comes with the pen included. So, as of this answer, it's 279$ for the complete package. Hardware wise the S6 lite is better, with a stronger CPU, a little more RAM, more storage space out of the box (at base level 64gb vs 32gb) and has a laminated screen; which is pretty big for digital art. (You have to get an ipad mini or air or pro for laminated screens) The big factor comes down to programs available for drawing. Art Flow on samsung vs procreate on Ipad. (Clip Studio is now on Android). Brad Cowboy does reviews on all equipment and does think the S6 Lite is a good value for digital tablet. (Youtube) But he edges out the S6 with the 7th gen Ipad, mainly due to apps and he prefers the apple pencil(So if you've never even used the ipad apps.....is that really a factor?)

- A:Answer I do not have a cell phone plan and chip for it installed so to download anything I have to use wifi. I can download and store software or movies though that can be used/watched offline as long as there is enough storage.

- A:Answer While a cellular connected model may be released later, none has been officially announced thus far, so the S6 Lite will only be Wi-Fi, no phone number and thus no mobile data available with it. The regular Tab S6 is available with Cellular but it doesn't look like Best Buy carries it, at least not yet, so you'd have to check with your carrier.
