I love my watch it keeps me updated with how much sleep I've had. How many calories I've I taken and my heart beat every second . I only take my watch off to shower and charge, and I dont know why because the beat part is its water proof. I'm always alerted when I have an email, or messages.

It works great. I do have to charge it daily but it is ok. I like it, it looks great and it is reliable so far
