I was disgusted when I opened this package today. The watch band has dirt and grime in the holes of the band and there's also grime where the band connects to the watch. It's great that it's a certified refurbished watch, but how can I trust that it'll work correctly if they couldn't even take the time to make sure they're selling a clean quality product?? I'll most likely be returning and paying the difference for a brand new, never worn watch. You're marketing Geek Squad as something to be proud of, but the lack of even the simplest of detailst, states otherwise.

The watch and band was dirty and it doesn't come with instructions. (Good thing for Google) It was literally put in a zip lock bag and placed in a box.
