Perfect if you own animals
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the 3rd robot vacuum that I have owned in the past 3 years. Hands down the best thus far. I have 4 cats and a Golden Retriever. Have allergies, so I end up cleaning regularly to keep the animal dander down. This little vacuum has the power and capacity to keep up with our house. We have both tile and carpet in the same room, and she runs over everything just great. Suction is strong, wind tunnel type technology picks up more than just the top dust and hair. large bin makes it so I don't have to empty in the middle of her cycle. The main brush is much better quality than competitors, and does not clog with the pet hair as easily as the others I have had. Would totally recommend! And it also has a quiet mode (limits the power so she runs quieter). Still works great on quiet mode, and it did not wake up the teenager.

Great scheduling vacuum
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy this product, every day at 2 PM it goes off and cleans my entire downstairs in about an hour and a half . A few things I don't like is that it gets stuck from time to time in certain areas of my downstairs around kitchen table or dining room table legs sometimes it gets stuck on the rocking chair. But I do like is the flexibility to use my phone and start the vacuum if I'm coming home or if I'm going out the Wi-Fi on it seems to be pretty good it does however from time to time not pair with my Wi-Fi at the house for it drops the signal . I do enjoy however how powerful it is and it does also work on carpets pretty well because it does have actual vacuum power not just sweeping as the other vacuum robots do.

If you own pets - this one is for you!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Golden Retriever and 4 cats. This little thing is a power house!!! This is the 3rd robot vacuum that I have owned and by far is the best yet. Runs daily, can program it or start it remotely. holds alot of debris, and has washable filters. Would recommend for anyone with long hair animals and / or has allergies. Strong Suction, doesnt clog easily, and simple to clean and keep running smoothly. 2 speeds so if someone is still sleeping, you can run on quiet mode and it still works great. No problem going from Carpet to Ceramic tile and back again. Long battery life and works fantastically! Plan on buying a 2nd in the future.

So far so good...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picks up a lot of dirt and dog hair. We run every day on schedule and have not had any significant problems. It does occasionally get stuck between the legs of our dining room chairs. Most of our surface is travertine and moves around freely. Unit has found its way back to charger 99% of the time. Purchased on sale for $495. Just hopeful it continues to work as it is now.

Almost Perfect!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: - Cleans pretty good and I really like the fact that you can do a spot clean. - It seems to learn the room layout and seems to be very methodical. It actually stops as if its trying to figure out what to do next - It's also not that loud yet it can still clean pretty good. You can even make it lower - albeit lowering the suction power - The app works well and you can even integrate it with Alexa (Amazon). Setup is also a breeze - You can see the canister right away without opening up the thing to see if it needs emptying Cons: - This thing is huge! This will probably be too tall to fit underneath most sofas. I thought my sofa was already high and it wouldn't fit. I bought a furniture riser for this thing to be able to fit underneath and it barely gets in there. It even gets stuck sometimes. Conclusion: You will still need your upright vacuum for deep cleaning and this will still miss some spots but for day to day use, its perfect. Works very well in carpets and hard floors. Being too tall is a big negative for me though. One of the advantages of these type of machines is to be able to get to hard to reach spots and it fails on that regard. I wouldn't buy this retail price and probably would wait for the next release as that would probably be smaller.

Great Suction and deep clean. Gets confused
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well and has excellent suction, but tends to bump into a lot of furniture or get stuck in corners. The run time is only about an hour, but the total charge time is about 3 hours. It is a bit heavy for a robot vac, but the weight does seem to help it clean deeper into the carpet. Overall, works well and can be controlled by the app on my phone from wherever I am. I can activate it when away from home and when I return, the floors are clean. Really does well with pet hair and the filter is easy to clean. Simply empty the canister, wash/rinse the filter in a sink, allow it to dry and it's ready to go again. If offered an extended warranty when purchasing, I would definitely recommend it. This vac is complex and I've read repairs can be costly.

Great unit people should try it You'll LOVE it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had a Dyson for about 10 years. good unit but got expensive to repair every time into the shop cost $300 - $550. Got feed up and purchased the Powerbot after much research. CR rated it very good. We have a 1 story 2400 sq ft. Carpet, tile, hard wood floors this machine is great. My wife starts it in the early am she will go into the study and start sewing. 2 hrs later come out and all the vacuume is done and back to its home base, and the floors look great. Our dog Max is not afraid of this machine. He just lies there and it cleans around him after he moves it cleans were he was. We do empty the cup after 2 uses which is no problem. Clean the brushes every 3 weeks. It is running great. It uses a straight pattern with a little overlap. It does NOT do random patterns and miss many spots. The noise level is low. You can sit down and controll it with remote controll. It will also spot clean, just move it over the area and press the spot clean button and it works out and then back in does a supper job.. Just the wife, myself and Max we vacuume about 3 or 4 time per week. LOVE it LOVE it.

Good vacuum
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vacuum is very systematic in its cleaning and I was surprised at how much it actually sucked up! I am slightly disappointed that it doesn't get extremely close under our cupboards.

Q: QuestionIf this product is that good why only 30 days warranty
Asked by Bob.
- A:Answer The vac only has a 30 day warranty, because they have a horrible reliability record. If you didn't get the extended warranty, be prepared to be dissappointed.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between this model and the 9250?
Asked by Fred.
- A:Answer I believe this model has less suction power than the 9350. I bought this one as I have no carpets in my house, so I didn't need all of that suction power. Other than that, they are the same.

Q: QuestionWe purchased 3 of these at $599.00 each. before we even received them they went on sale and they are now $499.00 each - will you credit our account for the $300.00 difference?
Asked by Elf.
