Samsung - POWERbot™ Wi-Fi Connected Pet Plus Robot Vacuum with Self-Clean Soft Action Brush - Pure Silver

We weren't looking for a complete replacement for our normal upright vacuum, we were just looking for something to help with some day to day touch up work and this certainly gets the job done. After trying a couple other competitors we ended up going with Samsung mostly because we already have other Samsung devices and so it made sense to just keep to their Smart Things App to see everything (and Smart Things was already linked to Google Assistant so using Google to start/stop the vacuum was a breeze). Wonderful to have it just run every night and even then crazy to see how much it still picks up. Even has helped us keep the main floor it runs on picked up so it can successfully run each night, so there's a win as well in my book. Kitchen/living room/dinning room/office/small hallway/bathroom are straightened up and vacuumed every single day now - what can't you love about that!

The WORST chore is vacuuming! This bot has relieved us from a major pain. We are constantly amazed by the amount of detritus that our bot (nicknamed "Sami") brings to us as offerings, three times a day! We have a cat and a husky who provide us with copious sheddings to feed Sami. I have scored majorly! by purchasing Sami!!! You should follow my lead!!!

I had 3 Roombas before this and I decided to switch becuase of the trouble I was having with the roomba but I will say that this robot vacuum is not as good at picking everything up like the roomba but i have not had a problem with it charging wise. It does every once in awhile need to be found and brought back to the charger but roomba did that as well.

Haven't used a lot yet as still new. Does good job on carpet, doesn't get into corners in kitchen due to cabinets being low. Am I glad I purchased, yes....I'd rather do anything than vacuum. I'm sort of tech savvy so I kind of wish had gotten one with more bells and whistles',

This vac has a remote that has ability to POINT CLEAN. You just point where and vac will follow. Has mapping function, 3 levels of cleaning, at the normal it is quiet 8n comparison with many others. Does the job well, can manually direct it. Con: magnetic tape to avoid the areas does not work and is very short.

This is better than the other two brands I had purchased. However; they all best work with open rooms with little furniture. It just that the time it take for them to finish living room and dining room I can vacuum in 15 mins or less compared to time it takes the Robot. Maybe my generation will never get use to them. I tried it but went back to my vacuum cleaner.

I purchased in 2020 and it has stopped working as of this week. Whenever it backs up, even from the charger, it stops and says that it needs to be moved that it doesn't have enough room. I have cleaned it and searched the internet for a fix. I even took the battery out thinking maybe it would reset. I gave it 2 stars because it worked great until it didn't.

This has been great. This is our 3rd brand we have tried. Love it
