No micro sd slot. Phone was a Verizon phone supposedly refurbished as an AT&T phone. Unfortunately 40% of the installed programs thought they were still on Verizon and were inoperable. Returned it and bought a J7.

This smartphone is advertised as “unlocked” but when it arrived it is locked as Verizon carrier, it didn’t work on other SIM card. Took the phone back to BestBuy and talked to the Geek Squad they give me geek squad number to called. Now waiting on the phone for geek squad is a bit long but the help I got is very helpful, and he send me a replacement so I have to return the original one back to the seller.

I purchased this Samsung S6 phone as my other phone had died. I didn't want to spend hundreds for a new phone. This phone came in and looked great. It had been sold as a refurbished phone. But after about two weeks the battery would not last but about four hours. Finally after a month it would not charge. I called Best Buy and found out it only had a 15 day warranty. They gave me a different phone number to call and I found out this was some third party. I will consider a lost 102 dollars on this purchase what a waste
