The wireless sub just happens to run on the same frequency as wifi, so internet connections are interupted during use. Makes watching Netflix a real trick. Button on sound bar for switch to Dolby did NOT work. No volume control for sub which is weird for active sub. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE WIFI. As always, Best Buy was great with the return.

I ordered this item and had it sent to my deployed location. The only positive thing I can say about this entire transaction was that it didn't take as long as I thought it would to get to me. I was counting on this to help me get through the next six months. After connecting all the equipment, I quickly learned the remote didn't work. I replaced the batteries several times and that didn't seem to be the root cause of the problem. If that wasn't enough, it appears the subwoofer and sound bar are not linking up. Volume is coming from the sound bar, but not from the subwoofer. I immediately called to see if anyone could provide me with some support and the best they could do is tell me to return it. I can honestly say that I do all my electronics shopping at Best Buy and this is the first time I feel they have let me down.
