I've never purchased a refurbished phone, but I refused to waste extra money paying monthly for a new phone through my provider. The phone came in perfect condition and all I had to do was get the SIM card installed in the store. The only issue I had was that the price dropped $40 the day after I ordered it, and the online chat rep said I could get a price match in store. In the store they told me to call a 1-800 number for my price match. After 20 mins on the phone, they said refurbished phones don't qualify. I would have been more understanding if they told me that from the start. Overall, I am really happy after upgrading from my Galaxy sIII. The battery life is great, and the phone is fast with a great camera.

the size of the phone and the screen are perfect, the camera has a fast lens so you can take decent photos in a low light environment, a lot of memory plus a microchip (opcional), you can open two app at the same time, video and music. I'm really happy with my samsung s7.
