Got mine as refurbished or might be used and got returned because the small remote has scratches. There aren't plastic bags with each of the contents and no manual booklet. But surprisingly it works pretty well though and still satisfied with my purchase. I did get the extended warranty. Samsung is definitely a good brand but doesn't last long like Sony when it comes to BD players.

What a great 4 k Play it for the money super quality easy to use easy to set up best picture quality I've ever seen on a DVD player the whole family loves it we do nothing but watch movies all day every day now

Refurbished product arrived well packaged with all the extras. Easy setup. Purchased two 4k dvds. Breathtaking picture! Regular bluray dvds look fine. Only a couple of things keep it from being a 5. Machine is a little noisy. The remote is small and rather difficult to FF, rewind etc.

This player displays a very good 4K picture. The remote is small and lacks some dedicated buttons. The player has a good selection of apps but although it has a 4K YouTube app this app does not do 4K HDR. The refurbished unit arrive in excellent condition in its original box.

I wish it was smaller in size, but I am pleased with it's performance.

I got this refurbished for a great price as a test into how 4k would work on my older 4k Samsung TV. It works well runs fairly quiet, and I really the the smart feature/menus. I had a minimal learning curve from my tv to this to navigate. It was a very good value. It's too bad Samsung does not support Dolby vision. still a good player

My grandson bought this to go along with his 4D Ultra 50 inch TV. The picture is fantastic. It's like being in the movie theater! WOW!

I'm glad I took a chance with this refurbished 4k player. It was discounted by almost half of original price. Plays great, but I don't care for the few or rewind functions when using the remote. Was packaged very well for shipping.
