Customers recognize the SF350 Series monitor's excellent picture quality and its affordability, frequently praising its ease of use and size. However, some users express dissatisfaction with the non-adjustable stand and lack of tilt functionality. The absence of built-in speakers is also a recurring point of criticism.
I bought 2 of these monitors as a combo deal. I needed a proper dual monitor set up to be able to work from home, and my intention was to mount them to an articulating stand. I read the reviews, and found that some buyers had run into a versa mount issue due to a protruding section of the monitor stand permanently mounted to the monitor. Although it concerned me, I knew it could likely be resolved by using “spacers” that typically are used for mounting TVs with unusual back panel shapes. This turned out to be the case. See my pictures for how this resolved the issue. These spacers come with most quality versa mounts, and if not you can get them at the local hardware store made of nylon for $0.50 or so. The monitors have a good display, they are super lightweight and have a tapered shape that is thin at the top and widens if you are looking at the edge. They come with a useless 1990’s RGB cord that you will throw away, but no HDMI cord. It has two inputs: RGB and HDMI. My pics include the manual that talks about the versa clearance issue with the stand mount, as well as the mounting using spacers.

Screen buying is a tough thing to do. There a a million types to go through, lots of comparing. I'll make this quick. I needed 2 screens for my computer, mostly because of work stuff. I didn't want to break the bank with screens that basically put out the same quality of image. I am so glad i went with 24'' screens over the 27"! There is plenty of screen real estate and i feel if i went 27" it would be way too much screen in your face. Another reason I chose these screens is that they are mountable. I have not purchased a mount yet, but soon. The image quality is good, 1080p is basically all i need, i'm no professional photographer, videophile, avid computer movie watcher, or computer gamer. The screens are super lightweight and don't take up much room on the desk. To me, they are perfect. For the price of these screens, i don't think you can get a better deal, especially that they are mountable. I am glad i made the purchase, i would recommend, and if they were stolen tomorrow, i would buy them again.

I bought two of these to use as the flanks in a triple-monitor setup. My requirements were 1920x1080, 24", mountable, and inexpensive. This monitor hit on 3.5 of those. What's the 0.5 you ask? Mountability! Yes, the monitor comes with 75mm VESA mounts in the back, but in some engineering genius, Samsung decided to place the mount points so close to the non-removable stand-mount, that ONLY 75mm VESA mount brackets will work, and even then, only 75mm brackets that aren't too large. If you have a 100mm/75mm adaptable bracket (which most are) then it won't fit. Your option then is to cut the bracket to fit, or do like I do, and move the bracket up and just use the upper mount points with the lower bracket holes. This isn't a fluke. Samsung actually talks about this in the installation instructions. In all honesty, the monitor is light enough to get away with this so long as you're not moving the monitor around too much. Unrelated to the mounting frustrations, the color and brightness of the monitor is acceptable for office use that doesn't involve professional-level graphical or photo work. The joystick controls on the back are a little awkward, but since it's only something that usually needs to be done once, it's fine. All around, it's a good value monitor, just beware the bizarre VESA mount decisions.
