SAMSUNG UN55FH6030FXZA LED 1080P 120HZ

I really wanted a 55" Samsung but our budget was under $1000. When this went to $899 I jumped on the deal. Have had the TV for a few months now and we're very happy with it. We watch from about 15 feet away and the picture quality is excellent. Sound is better than most for a pair of 10W speakers but it was easy to hook into a home theater receiver. The clear motion makes sports and Nascar clear with no refresh rate problems. Nascar looks fantastic in 3D. Very easy to hook up since there are only a few connections on the back. We use 1 HDMI for the Uverse box and one for watching Netflix from a laptop or Samsung phone (an MHL to HDMI cable for $20 works). It has an RJ45 jack for plugging in an ethernet cable and that gets it on our home network too. If I want to surf the web, I can just use it as a monitor for my laptop so the smart features missing were not a big deal for me. Flight Sim X in 3D at 55" size was worth the price.

I bought this TV because I wanted a 55-inch TV without WiFi capabilities for under $1,000 and this TV fit that descriptions 100%. Very easy to put together. Very good picture quality and sound. It sits on my TV stand, but seems a little unsteady. A better more sturdy base would be helpful. Well worth the money.

I've been wanting an update to my older tv and decided on this one. So far I've been very pleased. pro: great picture (especially once it's calibrated) 3d is great too but you need to buy 3d glasses has a usb input can convert2d to 3d (I'm not a fan but others in my house like to use it) cons: only two hdmi inputs the stand it came with seems flimsy, my tv was leaning to the left some before I just wall mounted it sound isn't that good but that's common with most flatscreens

I just love my Samsung - 55" Class (54-5/8" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - 120Hz - 3D - HDTV. Wonderful picture, sound is very good, was so easy to set up, love looking at 3D, Blu-ray and my regular DVD's on it, every thing looks so good. The picture is just so clear and sharp.

I love the 55" Samsung! We purchased this TV to replace an old Sony and the picture is very nice. Not the best I've ever seen for a 1080p TV, but for the price, it couldn't be beat. We were worried it would need a sound bar to provide decent sound, but that didn't end up being the case, as the sound is very good as well. We haven't used the 3D feature on the TV, I find it all too gimmicky, so I can't comment on that. Outside of that, in this price range, you won't find a better deal. The only real downfall I can find is that there are only 2 HDMI ports. We don't use a receiver where this TV is setup and I find that only 2 HDMI ports is a little lacking, but once again, for the price, I couldn't argue too much.

The price was great and the Best Buy employees were very helpful. They even loaded it into my truck. Easy to setup and install and a great picture.

I have the 55 in samsung smart TV in my living room and have enjoyed it for about 2 years. When needing to add another TV to my bonus room, I wanted the same quality but without all the smart features. (I have an Apple TV to take care of that) I was looking for something slightly smaller, but the price on this TV was perfect for my budget, so I decided to expand a bit. picture quality is great and comparable to my other TV. Easy set up . Would like a few more inputs just in case.

This is a great tv for the price! 55" screen, minimal edging around the tv. It also has 3D, although not a smart tv. I didn't need that since I have two other tv's with this and an Apple TV hooked up to it. One issue is that it only has 2 hdmi ports. Could really use one more, but a splitter works ok. Can't beat the value though. Highly recommend.
