I will start by saying, I’m obsessed with technology and a quality audio experience. Side note: I’ve DJ’d for over 20 years so I have a decent amount of audio equipment to say the least. I bought this subwoofer to pair with a Samsung s60a for my 2nd home. One of the main reasons I purchased this setup is for the built in Alexa components plus at my primary residence I only have Samsung tvs and this was purchased to go w a Samsung tv. Bottom line. The subwoofer is decent. The Samsung soundbar I purchased is pretty decent as well. Overall, I’m happy w my purchase but feel you can get a similar soundbar and subwoofer setup for around $250 that will sound very similar just won’t be Samsung and won’t have built in Alexa. Which btw. It is not easy to setup the Alexa multi room speaker setup w this speaker like it is with your standard Alexa speaker devices. I’m happy. But if I was on more of a budget I could accomplish similar sound for less money. Hope this honest review helps your decision making process.

Bought this as an after thought with my Samsung system, It complements the sound bar great! The base is there, but not in overwhelming booms i was expecting. That being said, i am satisficed with this purchase.
