Good anime
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a good anime! It has some more traditional style animation than I am used to, but it was still good. This one did, like most other anime's, just kind of ended. I would have liked to see it continue.

Samurai harem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Genre: Action, Comedy, Harem Length: 12 episodes "Muneakira Yagyu is a gitfed student of the samurai way. But until he arrives at his dojo, he never knew how gifted he truly was. Because there, a beautiful girl, Jubei, falls --naked-- from the sky and right into his arms. And when they kiss, he magically transforms her into a powerful master samurai. So, naturally, every beautiful girl at the dojo can't wait to kiss him. And some, like the sexy Gisen, want to do even more. It's a tale of power and lust, filled with beautiful, scantily clad swordfighters who will do anything to please their master and attain even greater power. Get your sword ready for Samurai Girls!" Have to start off with how horrible the description makes this series out to be and how bad they butchered the English language as well. Take the packaging out of the equation and you get a pretty good series. It's not often that you get a fanservice-heavy anime series that has a pretty good plot which is driven with every episode. I kept waiting for that "filler" episode that had nothing to do with the story, but even the beach/bikini episode still drove the storyline on. I disliked the art style when I streamed a couple episodes last year but it gives the series a nice touch. And the fighting sequences are done wonderfully, too. Lots of action and the fights last more than 1-2 strikes which I enjoyed. The negatives? Not much except that the series could have been a couple episodes longer. Felt just a tad rushed in the last 3 episodes. And the fanservice is pretty extreme. The version on TV had loads of censoring. There aren't any censors on the blu-ray version except for an elephant head that pops up if you get a frontal for Muneakira. Uniforms always seem to get torn up just over the chests... Loved the extras as well. Over 15 little side stories/clips are generally really humorous. Also, the original dub is good, but the English dub was very good, too. Can't go wrong with either. Waiting over a year to pick this one up which I regret a little, now. They've spun off a couple side stories at this point which I'll have to watch as well.
