Caught it on sale, and the 120 size is just big enough to load Windows Pro, and a few programs. I plan on getting the clone machine to make a few copies of more SSD's. Low power, and quiet, and the trusted Scan Disk quality made this purchase a no brainier. Fast load with my Ryzen 3, and 4g ram.

It is really a great and device for me. I am so happy from buying it .

The body of this drive is slightly thinner than typical hard drives and on certain slide in applications may miss the plug connector and slide in underneath. The mounting holes are in the standard place so bolting into a caddy works fine. It functions well (when connected properly) at a faster speed than the old drive.

The price was right no problem upgrading to the laptop recommended

120GB isn't a lot of storage, but if you use cloud services or external hard drives to store all your data and just load your operating system and other crucial software onto the SSD, this little drive is really a steal. The product description is misleading though.. This is a 2.5 form factor drive, the size used in nearly all laptops, but with an inexpensive adapter it can easily be installed in a 3.5 bay of any desktop computer, so it's not just for laptops. I wound up purchasing two of these. Installed one in my MacBook Pro and one in my PC Desktop and I've been enjoying them both. I do recommend external hard drives or NAS (network attached storage) though. Also, don't bother with the Insignia SATA III cable, it doesn't fit any modern drive. Get your cable elsewhere!
