Q: Questionhow many photographs will a 65gb hold?
Asked by Grampy Photographer.
- A:Answer The quality of photo you are taking will decide how many photos will go on a 64 gb disk. If you use HD quality, it will hold less photos, than if you just use the regular settings on your camera. I always use HD, they are much better. It is also dependent on the megapixels of your camera. A 10 megapixel camera with a 64 gb disk could hold up to 18,000 pictures. You've got plenty of room!

Q: QuestionIs the FUJIFILM FINEPIX S2950 compatible with this memory card?????
Asked by Sisy63.
- A:Answer This memory card is not compatible with the FinePix S2950 . Your cameras will not accept the type 'SDXC' and/or 64gb cards. The cameras need the type 'SDHC' with a maximum 32gb card. I purchased this memory card and when it did not work I went to the FujiFilm website to find out if it was compatible. It took some effort to find this information; first my owner's manual had the wrong website link to the list of compatible memory cards. I did a search on the website to get to the list; the memory card information is the same for your S2950 and my S2900. Here is the link: http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/compatibility/card/s/ Best Buy allowed my to return the memory card and I purchased the SanDisk Ultra Plus 32gb memory card and haven't had any problems.

Q: QuestionPlease explain how to use the memory card, details listed. When using memory card, after putting your photos on something else. Is it ok to erase the photos on the card? How does this affect the numbering system on the card?Is there a special way to erase photos?does the size (eg) 64 or 32 have any effect on the type ,clarity of the photo?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes, you can erase the photos on the card, but make sure you have your images on your hard drive and preferably, on a flash drive, too. You can never be too careful. I feel it is best to format the card IN THE CAMERA to insure reliability. Will it affect the numbering system? Yes and no, it depends how you have your camera set up. If you have selected Continuous numbering, formatting will return you to #1 with most cameras. If it is important to you to keep the numbers sequential, then erase instead of formatting. The size of the card has nothing to do with the clarity of the image.
