The product works as advertised. Remote start, key-less entry. Have not had an alarm go off yet, but was warned it will be very loud. The installation at best buy however was very poor. This product was said to be a 4.75 hour install. They had my vehicle for 9 hours and we not successful installing it. They failed to follow up with me the following day. When I finally got a follow up appt at another store farther away - my hardware I had bought off the internet had been removed and not given back to me. The store I was at now for the installation did not have any in stock, so they asked for me to leave my vehicle there over night and come back the following afternoon to pick it up when complete. Several promises for compensation have not been met at this time either.

I m go to the installation service for remote start and alarm security in the bestbuy at Everett. 162 santilli Hwy. I drop my toyota highlander 2015 there install Model 2706v VIPER. and first day wait for 5 hours there. she tell me the car is broke. can't start the engine. and have to tow to toyota dealer to repair service. that is suck. and she are not say any sorry for me. she said did not touch anything. after the numbres 5 days I pick up my car and go to bestbuy again and finish the installation. wait for there again 5 hours there. done nothing. finally I have to tell him to take it out the viper. that is professional installation. it broke my new 2015 highlander. and take my car 5 days.
