Horrible Buy!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Did not work straight out of the box! Other than not working the scooter has a very small platform. You fall straight off if you dont hold your balance. Very bad experience.Think twice before you spend your cold hard cash. App has so many Glitches! Horrible!!!!!!!

Fun and Easy Use
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.Overall, this scooter is fun and easy to use. It was truly easy to setup and if you don’t like directions well the only thing you need is common sense (all tools included). The app is basic but nice as you can lock the wheel as long as you’re in range of Bluetooth. It also has a community and let’s you control lighting (headlight, brakes and under lighting) on the device and regenerative braking. I have done well in full charges and takes me we’re I want to go. Big plus is the tires are solid and you will not have to worry about having a flat. (This unit is 30 pounds) For the bad: the scooter is a little slow and when you have an incline you can definitely feel the slowness. If you have more than 10% grade may come to a full stop depending on your weight. I would say best weight is 180 pounds or less especially if you have backpack with normal stuff (laptops etc). The last thing is the device is in KM and I can’t figure out how to switch it over to MPH. Overall it’s a good device and would recommend it. I would do your research and see if you can have something with a little more power especially if you have a lot of hills. I recommend a helmet because a lot of cars don’t pay attention. Other cool accessories are phone holder, bike lock or carrying storage.

Perfect for beginners with the speed settings.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I personally would like to see an improvement with the suspension and/or rear brake it tends to makes a loud bang on pavement cracks. Even though I'm 6' 227 15 MPH max speed setting normal with get you the most distance per charge but I like the (red) sport mode. For this mode press power 4x for the little extra speed and acceleration to 18 MPH at the cost of traveling distance. It can even reach 22 MPH going down a slight decline. I have not tried a hill yet. And yes a slight incline with slow max speed even on (red) sport mode. I strongly recommend protective gear like knee/elbow pads and a helmet. A fall really would be like an unsuspected trip running at full sprint or worse. Better safe than sorry.

Loved it.. for a month and then it stopped working
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.First time ever buying one and a great scooter. Worked well in operation and use. Easy to learn and I loved the undercarriage lights. Goes long distance, holds charge long period of time and high speed even with my weight! Unfortunately 25 days into use, it started having an error code and would not work. The FAQ on their website gave two options to reboot but neither worked. Now i'm waiting on their service team to inform me on how to fix this. Worth the headache? remains to be seen but spending $800 for a product that worked for less than a month is incredibly annoying. I hope their service team is easy to work with and expedient.

Great Commuter!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I purchased this scooter to use as a commuting vehicle for work. I have the privilege of traveling exclusively on my City's trail system during my 6-mile morning commute to work and it is really nice! Words of Warning: This is not an issue with the product just generally how battery-powered devices work. If you use sport mode, you WILL NOT get 28-miles per charge. If you go full speed the whole way plan on getting about half of the specified range.

Airless tires
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed.I love this scooter. You can't get a flat because the tires don't use air. It's pretty fast

Super Fun!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Really fun to ride around the neighborhood! I put mine in sport mode and got it up to 26 MPH! They do take a long time to fully charge but they last awhile too, the extra money for the larger battery is well worth it!
