Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This Sengled-Smart LED are great to have I waited a while before giving this review I got the starter kit and add these bulbs in every room and love how easy it was to start using them I can use my phone to activate the bulbs no more coming home to a dark house and no more leaving lights on before I leave ,I just turn them on from my phone anytime or in any room that I want to have a light on in and it works with my Alexa.

Works well with Smarthings Hub
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed.A good bulb which works well with Smarthings hub, which allows it to be used with both Google and Alexa. Just be aware of the dimming levels, which may not dim to your expectations if you're previously used a dimmer module. For example, when I dim to anything below 10% you really don't see much change. In fact, setting it to 1% is equivalent to about a 10% level I saw with a zwave dimmer module. But, all in all these bulbs work well. I have 8 of them in my system and they're quite reliable.

Voice control your light for cheap.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed.These Sengled lights work well, and are usually good value. They can be controlled by an app on a smartphone, or by voice using Alexa or Google Assistant. I should note that if these are off when there is a power failure or blip, these will turn on when power is restored.

- A:Answer No you will have to buy the hub. If you purchase the starter kit that comes with the hub and 2 bulbs that is all you will need. You can control up to 64 bulbs on one hub

- A:Answer Zigbee. The wireless versions will clearly state wireless on the packaging and will have the universal wifi icon stamped on them. They work directly off your router and have proven to not be as reliable as the zigbee bulbs requiring the hub. I recommend getting the hub because of its direct ethernet to the router/modem.

- A:Answer Some of these bulbs require a hub to work and some don't. Check the "Overview" section before purchasing. The "Smart Wi-Fi" ones look like they don't need the hub but READ THE OVERVIEW to be sure. I needed ones that work with a hub and almost purchased the wrong ones.
