Customers are impressed with the 10-Sheet Microcut Paper Shredder's ability to shred paper, although some experienced issues with the shred size. The shred size was noted as being larger than expected and resulted in longer shredding times for larger volumes of paper. Some customers found the shred size inadequate for their needs and returned the product. Improvements to the shred size are suggested to enhance user experience.
Worked perfectly right out of the box. The microshreds are tiny, much smaller than my old crosscut shredder could produce. No problems so far, and I already shredded half of the old stuff in my filing cabinet. I bought the blue one, which is very pleasant to look at, but I understand it also came in red and Black for those who like those colors.

Love the red. I've only shredded a little bit, but it seems to work good. The pull out on the front does cause some paper to fall out, but it wasn't too bad. Doesn't take up a lot of room and the wheels make it handy to move around.

The first time I used it it jammed before even half full! I tried to do a survey, but it never came up on the website, kept wanting me to register all over again! I could not find the lubricant sheets at Bestbuy! Locally!
