Got this shredder on 12/14 and started using it this January. It only worked on reverse, and only the right side of the blades work. Just had a chat with a rude staff who informed me there was a 15 day return period on the product. Given I didn't purchase the insurance which was Geek squad there's nothing BestBuy can do about my malfunctioning shredder.
