Does not take too long to arrive at the store once I put in the order online, though it would have been nice to have been able to look at one beforehand in-store to assess whether it would be adequate for my needs. Was initially hesitant to purchase based on all the negative comments about the locking mechanism, but it seems to work okay for now. Seems sturdy enough. Might have been nice to have carry handles outside to help to move it around the house.

Thought it was legal size. Very heavy and large but only standard hanging files will fit.
