Great design and great mileage BUT issue reluctance to upgrade app and firmware update. Display and controller has bluetooth already, motor and display/controller is same as in EU. Checked with website of Brose. According to them the app is not available in USA. So why Serial 1 is not doing it? So far, no explanation given. This make serial 1 app useless. The bike is difficult to modify. No bicycle store want to touch it. Without replacing seatpust to the one with suspention, replacing to comfortable handlebar it is hard to fit this bike. Step through version would be more comfortable to ride.

This is an excellent e-bike made with quality materials and Craftsmanship. Its almost Maintenance free due to the carbon drive and electronic hub and shifter. Very light and silent operation. Highly recommended to anyone that can afford it.
