Very nice material and well upholstered but very light and can be easily scratched. I would have preferred an attached cushion than the removable one.

I did add a bit more cushion to the seat since it was thick but hard. The chair is comfortable to sit in 8 hours a day and I love the fabric and color.

Delivered as promised. Very easy to put together. very comfortable. Rolls easy and height adjustment is great. I ordered 3 returned 1 because I really didn't have the space for all 3. The only thing I didn't quite like was the color. Wished it was more lavender but it will do. No problem with the return except watch your statement as I did not get my credit till I called and gave tracking number and that it had been received.
