Buying online through best buy is the worst online experience I've ever had. Mistakenly bought the item, and tried to cancel the order, but there's no where to do that online, you've got to call. And when I did, the automated teller just kept repeating the same thing about cancelations can only be made within 30 minutes of purchase(I tried to cancel 5 minutes after). No one to talk to unless you wait on the phone for 30 MINUTES. I scheduled a call back and never got one. Uninstalled the app, never again.
