Q: is this vacuum self propelled? I cannot push a vacuum on carpeting.
A: Yes, this vacuum is self-propelled!! When you start, it takes off. It surprised me with how easy it was to maneuver. The suction is great also. Just remember, the ease of operation depends on the thickness of your carpet too.
Q: Does it work well on shag carpets?
A: I’m not sure why someone answered yes. I had mine out of the box for 15 minutes and had to return it because it won’t work on my shag rugs or my medium pile carpets. It immediately gives a red light and the brush stops spinning every time. Read other 1 and 2 star reviews and many people say the same thing!
Q: Does it have a self cleaning brush roll?
A: We would like to let you know that this vacuum does not have a self-cleaning brushroll.
Q: Is this vacuum anti-allegen sealed?
A: According to the website, yes.
Q: how to remove rolling cleaning brush
A: We would like to let you know that the brushroll is not removeable. To clean off any debris on the bristles, carefully use scissors within the brushroll groove to cut away any hair or debris wrapped around the brushroll.
A: 30 wonderful feet and the plug is not upside down as I’ve had so many times!
Q: Does use filters and if so what kind
A: This vacuum does not use filters, it is a bagless and very easy to empty and clean.
