Fine picture and good value for price

A good TV for the price, but there are a couple sacrifices to be made for that price. It has a fine picture and an easy user interface via the remote. I was in search of a 32" or smaller set that wasn't smart, because I was going to hook an Apple TV to it anyway. There aren't very many that are 1080i in this smaller range, and none that are 120Hz, including this one, if you don't also want a smart TV (if so, there's a Vizio at BestBuy right now for $100 more).
Cons (1): Location of the jacks. See my photo. They're all vertical, making attaching a coax cable far more cumbersome than necessary. One coax cable with a rather large screw-on cover wouldn't fit at all, whereas it would have been no problem with a normal, horizontally mounted jack. The HDMI jacks are on the side, meaning you're likely to see the cable protrude. (2) There's no mechanical on/off switch. Don't lose the remote!
If these are the sorts of things that bother you, you might look for a more expensive set. If you want a good picture for a lower price, you can safely buy this one, at least from my two weeks' of experience with it.

This was purchased to be a bedroom TV, and it's done well. Despite being inside an armoire, the sound quality is very good, the blacks are black and the colors arre all bright.
It's not going to be an IMAX experience or anything, but at a decent price, it puts it near the top of the real economy class of sets.
For years, Sharp was near the top of the HDTV game, but this appears to be a set that they've licenced the Sharp name to Best Buy to manufacture. It's not a member of the Aquos line of products.

Great tv for the price. We finally upgraded our bedroom TV with the Sharp and we love it! It is the perfect size before jumping into the 40+ category and price point. The picture quality and audio is great! Set up was super easy and was delivered in no time. I would highly recommend this TV to friends and family!

I bought this TV on daily special - it is great for the price; thin, light, full 1080p, and has a USB port. Picture is clear and excellent. However, it has no special features such as ethernet/Wifi connectivity and it has only 2 HDMI inputs. This is fine since I am using compnent input for TV as my TV service is only up to 1080i, but it would be nice to have more HDMI as I would like to plug in a Roku, Blue Ray player, and perhaps a PC and Google Chrome.

The 32" is perfect for the bedroom. I could use some more HDMI inputs for game consoles, digital cable box and DVD players. But most manufacturers have the same limitations. Great TV for the price with an excellent picture.
A:There should be an option in the settings for it, however, have you checked the settings on your computer? There is usually a setting on the computer that says when computer is asleep put monitor to sleep or something along those lines.
A:Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the Sharp LC32LB150U. We are happy to help. This is an exclusive to Best Buy model and we request that you contact Best Buy’s customer support line at 1-855-544-2030 if you should need any further assistance.
A:10 watts. But understand this isn't a Sharp TV. The quality of the panel is inferior to a Sharp Aquos in every way, including the quality of the sound. BB licensed the Sharp brand and put it on some OEM's worse product.
BB lists another, newer, panel that claims to be a Sharp product. We'll see.
If you need *loud* you should be sending the sound out to an external amplifier/speaker anyway.
A:It does! All TVs sold within the United States as of 2007 have been required to include built-in ATSC (digital tuners), capable of receiving over-the-air analog and digital broadcasts. You may, however, need to manually program OTA channels as not all are detected by automatic channels searches.
