Customers regard the picture quality of the AQUOS 65" Class 4K Ultra HD TV very favorably, with many positive comments. The TV's size is also appreciated, although some find the remote control to be subpar and lacking in features. The quality of the tv is good. Problem is the software on the tv is terrible. The remote provided does NOT have numbers. And this is terrible for watching local tv. Had to buy an extra remote to deal with this. The smart software on this tv is not good and they make up for this with 4 hdmi ports that can be used. Other than software everything looks great on this 4K tv and I would recommend it if you also get something like a set top box to substitute for the smart software.

I found that the picture was very good and really enjoy watching it. I do not like the remote at all. I seem to have to really work to aim it at the TV just so to get it to work. This would not be a problem except that when I use Direct TV and connect the TV to the surround sound it no longer allows the volume to be controlled by the Direct TV remote. I do not know why? So there could be a direct TV issue as well. So what is different since this is a smart TV I need to connect the audio from TV to the stereo because I use the Netflix from there. Anyway I do not like this remote at all.

In my eye this had best quality picture in 4k. The higher motion rate is worth every penny vs a 120. I wish Sharp would give alittle more attention to the remote. I give remote a 1star. It's a .50 piece of junk no user friendly and slow to react. In fact Sharp needs to recall this embarassemmet.
