
I bought this tv out of box. The tv sometimes blacks out for 5 seconds. The intervals are sometimes every five minutes. The apps do not work well. I tried to use YouTube app it comes on for about 20 seconds then shuts off. Netflix app is also the same. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the picture is good and it fits my wall well.

I wanted a big tv, and I knew it had to have a great picture because of the size you would notice if it was grainy. This tv delivered with excellent 4K picture quality, and great smart tv functions. I call it my TV wall, it's incredible to watch. Only improvement they need to make is a cooler remote (even though I just use my harmony) because my new Sony Bravia has a nice touch screen remote that would have been nice to have for this one also.

Love the tv...it was hard to find an 80" tv, and when I found this one at Best Buy as an open-box item for the price I got it at, I could not turn it down. So far me and wife have enjoyed watching movies on it and feel like we're right at the movies...we added a Vizio 38" 5.1 Sound Bar System to it to help get the movie theater feel!
