We purchased this TV to replace our 56" Samsung DLP. Moving up to 70", getting a better picture when connected to computer, and ability to use a full motion mount were the main reasons for replacing the Samsung. 3D capability was a bonus as is the compatibility with 4K signal (albiet downconverted). Picture is very good although you will find out of the box that that picture has a noticable Soap Opera Effect (some people like this). There are many view modes available and I have found that Movie mode pretty much resolved that issue. When connected to a computer I found that the picture was underscanned which lopped off the edges of the computer desktop enough that icons, task bar, etc. were not on screen but again that was easily fixed by adjusting a setting to 'Dot for Dot' that disabled scaling. Testing with XBox revealed a very very slight latency, far better than most large format TVs due to the substantial signal processing involved. In 'Game Mode' this TV is a good performer compared to other TVs in this price range. The 3D is very good, at least as good as any passive 3D like you see in a movie theater. My only compaints would be that there are NO 3D glasses included with the TV. Since this TV uses a Blue Tooth Active type glasses expect to spend about $40 for each one. While active 3D may be technically better at not 'ghosting'than passive, the difference has more to do with the content than the technology. That being said I would have preferred passive 3D due to the lower cost of obtaining glasses for $10 rather than $40. Also the TV remote was not able to operate my set top box with any code attempted and would not easily switch between Volume Control of TV vs Surround. I ended up adding a Harmony remote to resolve this and am also very happy with that purchase since now I really can operate the entire system with Blu Ray, Surround, etc. with ONE REMOTE. Lastly while 4 HDMI inputs is common I hope that manufacturers start adding more HDMI Connections. My connections are Set Top Box, Blue Ray, XBox, and Computer. I could have used more connections for when I want to plug in a laptop and one for Surround where I instead used optical. I did not add a soundbar and that would have been yet another HDMI connection. More HDMI Please! Pros: excellent value Cons: No 3D glasses included and cost of Active 3D glasses (4 will set you back around another $160.00)

Great picture, simple interface, netfix and other online built right in. Only problem Ive had is it wouldnt find my wireless network, so the TV has to be hardwired. Tried everything. New router, and it works just fine with all my other devices, including bluray, phones, printer, ipads, laptops...so is clearly a TV issue. Wire was available, plus the data transfer rate is faster via wire, so all good I guess.

Customers often highlight the AQUOS Q+ Series's excellent picture quality, especially when playing 4K content. Many users also appreciate the large screen size and easy setup process. However, some users have mentioned issues with dark colors, such as white lights bleeding through the edges of the screen.
