Was not clear the you had to use simple mobile. Simple mobile is such a little known carrier it seemed to me this was an unlocked phone (as in simple to convert). Now I have to return these phones and pay a restocking fee. My daughters were so upset (and one was about to travel to Hawaii and needed a working phone) we lost two working days trying to resolve this. Really frustrating especially since my search on your site was for “unlocked phones” boo!
