I bought this phone in June for my sister and she loved it! She's a bit analog and needed an updated smartphone. This one was easy for her to use and understand without my help. However last week she tripped and fell and dropped it. The screen cracked. Sadness... So now I'm buying her another phone (I really love my sister!). My suggestion is don't believe in the Gorilla Glass and make sure you get a case and insurance!

I purchased this phone as a replacement phone for my teen's LG Rebel LTE after the screen cracked on the Rebel. So far my teen loves it, no complaints. However just be aware getting the new phone switched over to my Tracfone acct takes a few days. This phone is from T-Mobile but it is compatible with Tracfone plans. I had to wait for Tracfone to mail me out a new SIM card before the account & old number could even be transferred to the new phone. Not a big deal because my teen still had use of their old phone for texts/talk while we waited.

This phone is pretty good for the price. Has the same great features as any android phone. Not the best phone and the pictures are not as good, but decent for kids.
