We been using for few months and it works great, heats water fast and keeps love that it’s glass and no plastic inside. Water does not touch plastic.

It's easy to use, clean and fast. The best feature is keeping my water warm, a visual view of the water level, and the auto off feature! Awesome replacement for my stove top kettle! (the picture is showing a brown reflection, its not something in the kettle or the bottom of the kettle!)

I used to use the microwave to heat up my water for tea. This is a game changer! I set the kettle to the optimum temp for tea or hot chocolate or for recipes. It comes out perfect every time! I did a timing on how fast 7 cups took to boil. It was cold to boiling in just 8 minutes and stayed a consistent temp for as long as I needed it. This was a sale item and when it dropped an extra $9.00 a week after I bought it, Best Buy refunded my credit card so I got it for a cheaper price. I would have paid full price, it’s such a good quality item. I like the name brand too! The reviews were 4.7 stars. I would give it 5 stars!
