So Ive owned the XM3 & sennheiser 550. I returned both. The sony’s Was good but the 550 sound horrible on the iPhone they don’t support aac codec. So this time I went to Best Buy to buy the Bose Q35ii but the employee told me have you heard skull candy crusher anc? I was like skullcandy? “When did they make good sound” so we walked over & something just told me when I seen them “these are it! . “ I tried them on & yes I know headphones are set up to sound good at the display because they are all hardwire to a sound file. But once I heard them I was just shock how rich they sounded and once the bass kicked in I was like WOW! Finally rich sound and bass !!!!! I google to see if they supported AAC . No where I found anything. I called skullcandy while at the store and they told me yes. I instantly bought them tried them on in my car with my iPhone. They felt so rich in sound and the bass adjustment just makes it that much better. Especially for movies . And I love how the app can make it sound to the way you hear sound. I really do believe these are just better for sound and bass than Sony and Bose plus sennheiser. They are just so versatile. The only think they get beat on is the ANC . Sony xm3 wins in that but just by a bit. But really how much do you really need these already do a good job. Better than the Bose 35 ii & sennheiser. The mic sounds great too on the crusher. AND IF YOU REALLLY WANT THE BEST SOUND and not just for these but for any headphone is to use the Aux! Once I connected that to my iPhone my GOD!!!! It got super richer. I really do feel these are getting passed by not knowing how much technology and engineering these headphones are packing. I listen to a lot of acoustic music with A lot of instruments an sounds. I just love how rich they sound. And if you listen to Rap and the usual music heard around everywhere you are gonna super love them. They never hurt my head either. The bass I always keep it at 20-35% that’s how powerful it is. The only way you go bad with these is if your a Bose fan or Sony and are just childish and don’t want to let go . Trust me I’m a Sony fan and it was hard lol. I also hook them up to my LG C8 tv to watch movies .

The quality and features on the headset are great. The bass can get crazy for certain songs but it’s adjustable and up to you. I can hear parts of songs like vocals or instruments that I didn’t specifically notice before. If you wear glasses, the pressure of both things on might be uncomfortable, but that’s it. You don’t get the bass setting when you connect the headset to the aux cable, but it’s a plus that you can continue to listen to music even when the battery died for bluetooth.

Giving it 4 stars due to the build quality: These headphones do one thing amazing and that's the bass! I bought them purely because of that and they did not disappoint at all! What an amazing experience they offer with the sensory bass feature which you can control and set at a level you enjoy. Music, movies, and videos enter a whole new dimension that everyone needs to experience. Besides that, the biggest downside it has especially for a $300 headphone is the build quality. It is made of cheap plastic, I dropped the ONCE and they cracked on the side, less than 1 week into ownership. In comparison my V-Moda Crossface wireless which I purchased for about $200 which provides slightly better sound quality just not the same amazing bass you can feel are built like a tank, I literally can throw them around and nothing happens to them. If Skullcandy can manage to add more lightweight metals into the design I honestly would not mind paying a bit more for it if it means it wont break in its first fall.
