Ordered Dec 2016 and received bottles that had a Do Not Use After 05/2016 expiration date. Packaging also looked beat up.

I like adding my own flavors, such as fruit juices. The Soda Stream carbonation system makes it very easy to drink more water without making a mess with the flavors. It occupies a small footprint on my counter and I can flavor as little or as much water as I please. I bought a couple of extra carbonation bottles and only flavor as much as I'm going to use at one time. I keep extra carbonated water in the fridge to drink as is or to put into my mug with the flavor du jour. I do like the flavors that came with the unit, and am trying out some simple recipes for root beer and ginger ale. I have had the unit for over a month and am still using the original CO2 cannister.

Soda Stream is so much fun with friends and family. Everyone loves the extra bubbles, except young children, they don't like too much fizz. With this two pack, you'll save over the single bottle price and you'll be able to have more flavors chilled and ready to serve. Since Soda Stream works best cold, it's always good to have extra bottles of plain water in the fridge. Make sure to check the expiration dates of the bottles, they are only rated safe for certain number of years.
