A: Hi, and thank you for your question! It's a great one! Yes, the mics can be turned off, and if you never set up the voice assistant, the mic never turns on. All of our speakers have a microphone button that easily allows you to do this. For extra assurance, we hardwired the power for the microphone light directly to the power for the button. This means "light is off, mic is off" ... no way around it!
A: Hi, and thank you for you question. It's not really about the iphone putting out stereo. It's about what format the audio is recorded in. So if the music you're listening to is in stereo (which virtually all is) then you'll get stereo from our products. Now, we do our best to replicate stereo our of one Sonos speaker, however you can stereo pair our products. A speaker like Roam is so small that it's hard to fit the hardware for a big stereo experience. If you'd like to stereo pair Roams you can, but only over wifi. No bluetooth. So one Roam is your left channel and the other is the right.
Q: Why is my Roam purchased in August not holding a charge? How long is the standard warranty?
