My parents still had a 60 inch projector screen television! Finally bought this as a gift to them, and i am blown away with how easy the remote was to program/operate. Also the selection on the remote for Netflix is perfect for my parents to access streaming content. Watching HD movies really makes the bright colors glow and dark colors dark with the High Dynamic Range. It really pulls you into the beauty of the scenes and forget what movie you were watching! TV is THIN! But built very solid!

I purchased this TV with some hesitance as we have always purchased and have been satisfied with Samsung TV's. We purchased a 60" entry level 4K Samsung TV on 11/24/16 and were extremely happy with it until this past July when it was taken out by lightning. For some reason, Samsung has discontinued making the 60" so we decided to look at the 65" mid range arena (with HDR). Obviously we looked at the Samsung entry at this level and loved the picture but were disappointed it was only available in grey. Next up was the Sony, aesthetically it met our approval and the picture was crisp and the colors were vibrant. So we decided to take a chance and made the purchase. After unpacking and mounting the TV to the wall and running through the set up, a software update was available so I opted for the sooner than later and went ahead with it. Once the download and installation was complete, the TV restarted and we were off to the races (I thought). After about 10 minutes of run time, the picture went out and that was it, (see pics below) on what happened next!! With that being said and the TV being only a few hours removed from the box, off of the wall and back in the box it went and we were off to Best Buy to try again. The TV was exchanged with no problems, we opted (nervously) for the same make and model. New unit back on the wall, set up complete and software update successfully downloaded and installed. It's been 3 weeks and I am happy to report no problems with this unit. We are pleased with the crisp, bright, vibrant picture and do notice a difference watching 4K movies with the HDR......

I had been watching this TV since it had debuted as a possibility for our soon to be finished rec room. I love the picture quality, sleek design, and ease of operation with this set. Hooked to my Onkyo surround system, I have a theater like experience every time I watch a Blue Ray or HD Program. I am completely satisfied with this product and
