I purchased this receiver to replace an older high end unit in need of repair. I decided to go new because receiver tech. is leaps ahead of my decade old Integra. Multiple HDMI inputs, 4K pass through, wi-fi, bluetooth etc. Make this receiver ready for today and the future. The sound quality is remarkable and the set up was very user friendly. My only disappointment (and its a big one) is the fact that the dedicated zone 2 out, for my second amp and speakers, will not work with any of the HDMI inputs, only analog. So if I want to listen to music on my deck I am limited to FM or DVR. I would recommend this receiver to anyone who doesn't find zone 2 important.
