Customers express satisfaction with the 75" Class X800G Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV, particularly praising its exceptional picture quality, affordable price, and user-friendly setup process. The large screen size and vibrant colors also receive positive feedback. However, some users have concerns about the remote control's compatibility with certain devices, the 60Hz refresh rate, and the product's durability and lifespan.
This tv is amazing. Tv buyers just understand this. When you are in the store looking at all the tvs. All the top brands are amazing but of course you will notice a difference between them all. But youre really just comparing diamonds. Once you get the tv especially this one in particular. Once you get it into your home and theres nothing around to compare it to, then you realize how silly it is to debate. The biggest debate for me was size. 85 inches or 75. Im in an apartment so i got the 75. Yet I love everything about this tv. This tv in particular is great for your average buyer and or above average buyer. The only people who wouldnt prefer this tv are the ones who need the newest best thing out. If youre willing to set the ego/pride aside.. more than likely you and everyone who watches will enjoy this tv A LOT. Especially if you get it while its on sale. And like i said, youre really just comparing diamonds. They are all 10/10s including this one From, -A die hard sports, video game, movie guy

Love Sony products. Most of all my av equipment is Sony. Now I was really intrigued with this tv to upgrade from my 65" Sony to this 75. Unfortunately I ran in to several issues. And I'll make this very clear, it was not the story's fault. They have done a lot in trying to resolve things. I purchased an open box for a great price. I was told it was certified and checked with no missing items. When I opened the box first thing I realized was there was no remote. I call the store and they let me know they'll take care of it. Now right before I go to mount it on the wall I figure I should probably turn it on and make sure it's all good. Well, I'm glad I did because the screen had a big blue crack like design in the picture. No physical appearance damage though. I immediately call. Tell me to bring back in to fix the issue. I was greeted with apologies from the staff. Mind you this was a major inconvenience to repackage a large heavy tv like this. They ended up talking me into taking the floor model for the same price but giving me a 2 yr Geek Squad protection plan. Ok. I was cool with that. Now I get it home and mount it after checking it of course. And realized that night that the picture glitches out every 10 mins or so. Like a quick power surge where the screen blinks. This is literally about every 10 mins while watching. I though maybe surge protector. I ordered a new surge protector from Amazon and installed. Same issue. Now in quarantine, I call the store to have it documented. When this Covid crap is over they'll have to come out and take a look. I am somewhat confident that the issue will be resolved as they have been pretty good so far with correcting what they can. Ugh. It's been a headache but I understand this stuff happens. It's all about how you fix it. I am happy with this tv (overall- if it didnt glitch) and the customer service.
