Good quality picture. Lightweight easy to install on wall. This design with many options like voice response remote many apps easy set up. However, recommend getting newer version of X1 X900 or higher.

Great 85" TV! We wanted to upgrade our three year old 65" Sony. I did a lot of research before deciding on this one. I did not want to break the bank, but definitely wanted to get the most bang for our buck. This XBR85X800H does that and then some. I usually adjust the settings per the experts suggestions. But I have not even felt a need to do so, at least at this point. Sports and movies are at whole new level. It feels like we're literally "at the movies" and sitting in a "VIP Box" when viewing on this. When my wife starts taking notice and "raving" about the picture, we'll..... I also got a price adjustment for the current $1,699.99 sale price to boot. If I spent more money I don't think I would be any happier with what I'm looking at. You really can't go wrong IMO when purchasing Sony. BB did an amazing job of mounting this TV on the wall also. The 65" Sony is now in the game room for an upgrade there. It's like we bought two TVs for the price of one. Thanks BB and Sony!

Best Buy did not have this TV in stock or the 900 Series so I bought this site unseen! When I got the TV it worked great and is very nice for the price but I did not like how there was no true black due to the LED’s projecting upward so there a lot of areas that are grey bleeding onto the screen which I did not like and could not live with. So I returned the tv with no problems And upgrade to the 900 Series which is brilliant. When I went back to Best Buy they finally had both TV’s in stock and side by side so I was able to compare the TVs. I would recommend the 900 series over the 800 hands down!
